On 13th of March in my hometown (Thessaloniki), I had the honor to conduct a workshop with the title “Integrating Risk Management in J8 projects of NATO” in NRDC-GR. Participants of the workshop were 40 NATO officers from 12 countries and 10 different HQs of NATO. The objective of this 6 hours workshop was for the participants to gain knowledge concerning the principles and the procedures of Risk Management in J8 projects according to PMI standards.
All NATO officers were participating in the Budget-Fiscal-Procurement Conference (BOFOPO) and the workshop was conducted during the 2nd day of the conference.
During the workshop we used a real life scenario so as:
a. To Identify and Analyze Stakeholders
b. To create a Risk Management Plan
c. To Identify Threats & Opportunities
d. To Analyze Risks
e. To Plan & Implement Responses to Risks
f. And finally to Monitor Risks
The participants in order to fullfill the above, they formed multinational teams so as to cooperate and produce quality products.
Until next time!
