Α Risk Analysis Workshop για τα στελέχη της Embryolab στην Θεσσαλονίκη!

Στις 11 Μαίου 2024 στο κτίριο της Embryolab στην Θεσσαλονίκη πραγματοποιήθηκε από την Human Asset το 3ο από τα 5 συνολικά εργαστήρια σχετικά με τη “Διαχείρισης Ρίσκων σε Έργα” με τη συμμετοχή 18 στελεχών της εταιρίας.

Τα στοχευμένα workshops έχουν σχεδιαστεί και είναι προσαρμοσμένα σε πραγματικά έργα που διαχειρίζονται τα στελέχη της εταιρίας αλλά και στην καθημερινή λειτουργία της κλινικής ώστε η φιλοσοφία του Risk Management να ενσωματωθεί πλήρως στην κουλτούρα της εταιρίας. Βάσει του παραπάνω πλαισίου εκπαίδευσης, στο συγκεκριμένο workshop εξετάστηκαν οι διαδικασίες που αφορούν το “Risk Analysis”

Κατά την διάρκεια του Workshop αφού αναπτύχθηκε το θεωρητικό υπόβαθρο της διεργασίας, τα στελέχη με την καθοδήγηση τόσο του εισηγητή κ. Φουρτούνα Αθ. όσο και της Risk Team της εταιρίας, προχώρησαν στην Ανάλυση των ήδη Αναγνωρισθέντων Ευκαιριών και Απειλών (Opportunities & Threats) τόσο στα Project της εταιρίας όσο και στην καθημερινότητά της.

Επιπρόσθετα, μέσα από εκτενή συζήτηση τέθηκαν οι απαραίτητες βάσεις για την συμπλήρωση του “Risk Register” της εταιρίας με βάση τις εκτιμήσεις για Probability & Impact αλλά και Propinquity (οξύτητα) των Ρίσκων.

Το Risk Team της Embryolab σε συνεργασία με όλα τα τμήματα και το προσωπικό της εταιρίας, θα αναλύσει και θα καταχωρήσει στο Risk Register το σύνολο των Ευκαιριών και Απειλών (Risks) που αφορούν την εταιρία στο χρονικό διάστημα που απομένει μέχρι την επόμενη συνάντηση.

Η όλη διαδικασία ανάλυσης των ρίσκων θα ακολουθήσει όσα αναφέρονται στο καταρτιζόμενο “Risk Management Plan”, σχετικά με την χρήση κατάλληλα εξειδικευμένων εργαλείων ώστε μέχρι την επόμενη μας συνάντηση τον Απρίλιο η ομάδα να περάσει άμεσα στην επιλογή των κατάλληλων Responses!

Η συνεργασία στην εκπαίδευση με την Human Asset συνεχίζεται δεδομένου ότι θα ακολουθήσουν ακόμη τουλάχιστον 2 συναντήσεις στη Θεσσαλονίκη όπου σε συνέχεια των στοχευμένων και προσαρμοσμένων σε πραγματικά έργα workshops θα εφαρμόσουμε το παραγόμενο Risk Management Plan σε ότι αφορά τα στάδια Risk Responses, Implement Risk Responses και Monitor Risks.

Όλα τα παραπάνω συζητήθηκαν μέσα σε ένα ευχάριστο και ενθουσιώδες περιβάλλον με τη συμμετοχή των στελεχών της Embryolab. Μια εταιρία η οποία προσφέρει την τεχνογνωσία της και τις υπηρεσίες της σε πολλά μέρη του πλανήτη ενώ η αισιοδοξία, όρεξη αλλά και ο ζήλος των στελεχών είναι εμφανή στα πρόσωπά τους!

Risk Management Workshop for “Border Management Staff Course ” for OSCE/BMSC May 2024!

On 06th of May 2024, I had the honor to conduct a full day Risk Management Workshop for the participants of the “OSCE/Border Management Staff College” in its premises at Dushanbe/ Tajikistan.

In this hybrid Risk workshop, that was conducted in 2 languages (English & Russian) 26 participants out of 16 different Countries (Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Egypt, Georgia, Italy, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Mongolia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Thailand, Tajikistan) and from 8 different services, gained knowledge concerning the principles and the procedures of Risk Management for Border Management projects. Participants were active members of Armed Forces, Police Forces, Custom Services and Civilians working in Border Security Sector.

During the workshop, participants examined a full scenario of a Border Management project where they had executed all the processes of Risk Management such as Identify Risks, Risk Analysis, Risk Responses, Monitor Risks and Stakeholders Management.

In some cases, took place a productive discussion about the Identification and the Analysis of the Threats & Opportunities:

Moreover, multiple case studies were discussed as well as a number of best practices from around the world so as the participants to take back home a useful toolkit.

Risk Management Workshop for the NRDC-ITA personnel for a 4th time!

Another Risk Workshop from Human Asset took place for a 4th time with the HQ NRDC-ITA incredible staff members from 29th till 30th of April 2024 in Solbiate Olona/Italy!

The name of the Risk Workshop was ” Integrating Risk Management in Operational & Logistics Planning”!

26 Staff officers from 8 NATO countries and various ranks were trained through this intensive 2 days Risk Workshop.

As a group we executed all processes of Risk Management by using a scenario but also we discussed a lot of real case studies!

A lot of Stakeholders and Risks were Identified and analyzed but also appropriate Responses were planned.

Risk Management Workshop for the Pan-European Executive MBA students of CITY College for a 7th year!

‘Risk Management: A way to avoid Crisis Management and Management of Losses’ was the title of  the workshop conducted with 2 teams of MBA students on 09th and 10th of April 2024. The workshop was conducted for a 7th year in a row and was addressed to 79 Pan-European Executive MBA 2nd year students of CITY College from 13 countries (Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Greece, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Iran, China, Ukraine and Albania). The Pan-European Executive MBA is a unique dual degree MBA programme jointly offered by CITY College, University of York Europe Campus and the Faculty of Economics and Management of the prestigious University of Strasbourg.

The current business climate is increasingly uncertain and companies need their employees to be competent, efficient and knowledgeable when it comes to managing Opportunities and Threats. Every employee need to ensure he or she is up-to-date on international standards and best practice required effectively mitigating threats and capitalizing on opportunities to save company’s time and money.

During our workshop, participants were familiarized with all the processes of Risk Management during a Project through a detailed and realistic scenario.

First, we read and analyzed our Project Charter and then participants were separated into teams and started to identify the Stakeholders of the Project.

Next step was the composition of our Risk Management Plan which was followed by the Identification of Opportunities and Threats of the Project. The workshop teams have used the appropriate Risk templates and fill them in after arguments regarding the nature of each Risk:

Afterwards, we discussed about the Analysis of the Identified Risks through Qualitative methods so as to prioritize Opportunities and Threats:

Our last actions were the Identification of Risk Responses and how we will monitor our Risks during the execution of the project:

The smiling faces at the end of the workshop are the evidence that objective was accomplished and knowledge was gained!

On 26th of March, in LogiMed USA 2024 event in Palm Spring/California, I spoke in front of 150 Logistics professionals about “Crafting Future-Proof Supply Chain Projects: The Power of Lessons Learned through Risk Management!”

It was an honor to be invited in this event as an “Out of the box speaker” but also to exchange ideas regarding how Logistics are connected with Risk Management and Lessons Learned!

Another Risk Workshop from Human Asset took place for a 3rd time with the EUROCORPS HQ staff members from 12th till 14th of March 2024 in Strasbourg/France!

Identify Risks από τα στελέχη της Embryolab στην Θεσσαλονίκη!

Τα στοχευμένα workshops έχουν σχεδιαστεί και είναι προσαρμοσμένα σε πραγματικά έργα που διαχειρίζονται τα στελέχη της εταιρίας αλλά και στην καθημερινή λειτουργία της εταιρίας ώστε η φιλοσοφία του Risk Management να ενσωματωθεί πλήρως στην κουλτούρα της εταιρίας. PM² Methodology Workshop for the MSc students of CITY College, University of York Europe Campus!

Project Management Methodology (PM²) of European Union was introduced for the first time as a full semester module and was addressed to 11 MSc students of CITY College from 5 countries (Kosovo, Serbia, Armenia, Greece and North Macedonia). The aim of the PM² workshop is not only knowledge but all MSc Students to be certified with the PM² Advanced certification through the test center of PM² Alliance.

Every Workshop starts with a Training Kick booster Lego game, so as to understand the importance of communication, team coordination and using a methodology!

During our workshop, participants were familiarized with all the processes of PM² during a Project through a detailed and realistic scenario. First, we read and analyzed our Project Charter and then participants were separated into teams and started to identify the Stakeholders of the Project.

Next step was the composition of our Product Breakdown Structure (PBS) which was followed by creation of the Work Breakdown structure (WBS) as well as the whole Prtoject triangule (Schedule & Budget). The workshop teams have used the appropriate PM² templates & tools so as to fill them in after arguments regarding the nature of each requirement/task of the client!

Afterwards, we discussed about the Project Plans and how to properly tailor them to our project.

Our last actions were the Identification of Risks, the Risk Analysis, Risk responses and how we will monitor our Risks during the execution of the project.

The smiling faces at the end of the workshop and the filled PM² templates are a evidence that objective was accomplished and knowledge was gained in a joinfull way!

Risk Management Workshop for 26 Security professionals in Hellenic MPSOTC!

On 13th & 14th of February 2024, one more Risk Management Workshop took place for the participants of “Security Management in Situational Prevention Course” at Hellenic MPSO Training Center in Kilkis. (ETOC: CTM-CT-35525, ΝΑΤΟ Listed).

It was the 301st time that Risk Management Workshop takes place in the installations of MPSO Training Center and this time it took place in an hybrid way!

In close coordination with the staff of MPSOTC, the Workshop was conducted with a combination of e-learning and live streaming!

During the 14 hours workshop, 26 participants out of 4 different Countries (Germany, Portugal, Zambia and Greece) gained knowledge concerning the principles and the procedures of Risk Management for Security projects. Participants were active members of Armed Forces, Police Forces, Fire Brigade, Coast Guards, Air-force, Customs Authorities and Civilians working in Security Sector. Participants were introduced in the theory of Risk Management and how it can applied in Security Projects via e-learning.

Moreover, during the workshop participants examined a full scenario of a Security project where they executed all the processes of Risk Management such as Identify Risks, Risk Analysis, Risk Responses, Control Risks and Stakeholders Management in an interactive way with the facilitator via Live-streaming!

Moreover, multiple case studies were discussed as well as a number of best practices from around the world so as the participants to take back home a useful toolkit.

PM² Methodology Workshop for Hellenic Defense Sector!

From 06th till 08th of February, 12 staff technical officers of the Hellenic Air-force participated in a PM² Methodology Workshop of Human Asset in premises of ” Telecommunications and Electronic Media Factory (ΕΤΗΜ)” in Athens with the goal to gain the PM² Advanced Certification. They were trained to all the phases and artefacts of PM² Methodology and how the methodology can be integrated in Defense technical projects in an efficient way! It is a blended training including 3 day of face to face training, 3 days of asynchronous training and 2 days online synchronous training with the support of PM² Alliance!

The participants were from 5 different specialties of the Hellenic Airforce and through this interactive workshop we examined a real case scenario of a military technical unit!

We started with a Team Building activity as well as the Initiating phase!

After that we worked on the Planning phase by identifying our Stakeholders and creating our Project Triangle as well as to produce the proper PM² Artefacts!

Moreover, during the Execution phase we discussed and worked on a Change Request and how you can Monitor & Control that without causing problems!

Productive discussions were raised, a lot of work has been done on post-its and templates and the results are depicted below on the PM² templates!

From today the team will start reading for the exams of the PM2 Advanced certification that will take place in a month!
