Risk Management Workshop της Human Asset στην Θεσσαλονίκη για τα στελέχη του Embryolab!
Στα γραφεία του Embryolab (https://embryolab.eu/) στην Θεσσαλονίκη, σε ένα θαυμάσιο περιβάλλον και ένα εργονομικό χώρο, πραγματοποιήθηκε από την Human Asset στις 26 Ιανουαρίου 2019, το εργαστήριο “Διαχείρισης Ρίσκων σε Έργα” με τη συμμετοχή υψηλόβαθμων στελεχών της εταιρίας.
Η γνώση της ορολογίας και των εργαλείων για τη διαχείριση ρίσκων στο σημερινό παγκοσμιοποιημένο περιβάλλον της αγοράς αποτελεί μια αναγκαιότητα ώστε να υφίστανται έτοιμες απαντήσεις στα παρακάτω ερωτήματα:
- Ανατέθηκε σωστά το έργο;
- Ποιους πρέπει να λάβω υπόψη μου πριν την σχεδίαση;
- Ποια ρίσκα να λάβω υπόψη μου στη σχεδίαση;
- Πως θα αναγνωρίσω τις ευκαιρίες και τις απειλές στο έργο μου;
- Ποια τα εργαλεία ανάλυσης ευκαιριών και απειλών;
- Πως επιλέγω σωστή στρατηγική εκμετάλλευσης ή αντιμετώπισης των ευκαιριών και απειλών αντίστοιχα;
- Πως θα παρακολουθήσω αποτελεσματικά τη πορεία του έργου μου;
Αυτά είναι μερικά μόνο από τα ερωτήματα που δεν αρκεί μόνο η εμπειρία για να τα απαντήσει κανείς αλλά απαιτείται τυποποιημένη τεχνογνωσία με βάση διεθνή πρότυπα. Το διεθνές πρότυπο του Project Management Institute (PMI)® σε ότι αφορά το Risk Management, προσφέρει διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένες καλές πρακτικές, ένα σύνολο εργαλείων – τεχνικών αλλά και μια ολοκληρωμένη ορολογία ώστε αναλαμβάνοντας την ευθύνη διαχείρισης ενός έργου να έχουμε τη δυνατότητα σε κάθε βήμα και σε κάθε κατάσταση που αντιμετωπίζουμε να απαντούμε αποτελεσματικά στο ερώτημα ΠΩΣ αλλά κυρίως στο ερώτημα ΓΙΑΤΙ.
Όλα αυτά συζητήθηκαν μέσα σε ένα ευχάριστο και ενθουσιώδες περιβάλλον με τη συμμετοχή των στελεχών του Embryolab. Μίας εταιρίας που, ως “Μονάδα Ιατρικώς Υποβοηθούμενης Αναπαραγωγής”, προσφέρει τόσο τις υπηρεσίες της όσο και την τεχνογνωσία της σε πολλά μέρη του πλανήτη!
Η συνεργασία στην εκπαίδευση με την Human Asset συνεχίζεται δεδομένου ότι θα ακολουθήσουν ακόμη 5 συναντήσεις στη Θεσσαλονίκη όπου θα εκπαιδευτεί μεγαλύτερος αριθμός προσωπικού μέσω στοχευμένων workshops που θα είναι προσαρμοσμένα στην καθημερινή λειτουργία αλλά και σε πραγματικά έργα που διαχειρίζονται οι συμμετέχοντες ώστε η φιλοσοφία του Risk Management να ενσωματωθεί πλήρως στην κουλτούρα της εταιρίας.

“Risk Management preparation workshop” for MPSOTC staff members!
From 14th till 17th of January 2019, the 23rd “ Risk Management preparation workshop” took place for the staff members of Multinational Peace Support Operations Training Center-MPSOTC (https://mpsotc.army.gr/en) in their installations in Kilkis, Greece. This workshop based course started on 14th of January with 9 students that are active members of the Hellenic Army, so as to provide them knowledge concerning the principles and the procedures of Project Risk Management in business world according to PMI standards but also to prepare them for the examinations for the “PMI-RMP International Certification”.
During the 4 days of the workshop, participants had received training & study material:
Moreover, we examined a number of real case studies but also ran a real case workshop scenario with role-playing and implementation of a variety of tools & techniques so as to cover Risk processes like:
