Beginning of the 11th PMI-RMP® online Prep course April 2018 is a fact!

Participants, located in 5 different countries (Greece, USA, Cyprus, Hungary & Switzerland), are gaining deep knowledge concerning Risk Management but also are starting to prepare for the PMI-RMP exam according to the PMI® standards. The seminar will be concluded after 8 training sessions through Human Asset’s Group company synchronous training platform.

But the preparation and support doesn’t stops here. For the following weeks after the completion of the course, the participants will receive a lot of study material and mock tests through the asynchronous training platform of Human Asset Group Company in order to be successfully prepared for the PMI-RMP exam and acquire the certification before August 2018!

Risk Management Unit (2nd part) for 3rd-year students of Sheffield University

On the 16th and 18th of April, our undergraduate students (3rd level) from the Business Administration and Economics Department attended the second part of the Risk Management Unit, led by Mr. Athanasios Fourtounas, Trainer, Economist and Director of Logistics in JLSG NATO (Italy).

Risk Management Workshop for the Executive MBA 2nd year students of Sheffield University!

‘Risk Management: A way to avoid Crisis Management and Management of Losses’ was the title of  the workshop conducted in Thessaloniki on 17th of April 2018. The workshop was addressed to 75 Executive MBA 2nd year students of Sheffield University that visited Thessaloniki for a week.

The current business climate is increasingly uncertain and companies need their employees to be competent, efficient and knowledgeable when it comes to managing Opportunities and Threats. Every employee need to ensure he or she is up-to-date on international standards and best practice required to effectively mitigate threats and capitalise on opportunities to save company’s time and money.

1. Risk Templates

During our workshop, participants (from 9 different countries) were familiarized with all the processes of Risk Management during a Project through a detailed and realistic scenario.

First, we read and analyzed our Project Charter:

As a second step, the participants were separated into teams and started to Identify the Stakeholders of the Project:

Next step was the composition of our Risk Management Plan which was followed by the Identification of Opportunities and Threats of the Project. The workshop teams have used the appropriate Risk templates inside the classroom and fill them in with post-its after agruements regarding the nature of each Risk:

Afterward, we discussed about the Analysis of the Identified Risks through Qualitative methods so as to prioritize Oportunities and Threats:

Our last actions were the Identification of Risk Responses and how we will Monitor our Risks during the execution of the project:

The smiling faces at the end of the workshop are the evidence that objective was accomplished and knowledge was gained!
