Project Risk Management course for Sheffield University students 2019
The Sheffield University (International Faculty) in Thessaloniki is one of the six faculties within the University and the only one operating overseas. For a 3rd year in a raw, I had the honor to start a “Project Risk Management course” of 7 sessions with the 3rd year students of the University. During this workshop-based course, 23 students of 6 different countries (such as Armenia, FYROM, Greece, Albania, Bulgaria & Kosovo) started to gain knowledge concerning the principles and the procedures of Project Risk Management in business world according to PMI standards.
All participants are students of Business Administration & Economy department of the International Faculty of Sheffield University. During the first 3 days of the workshop, participants except for the theoretical knowledge examined also a number of real case studies but also a full scenario of a project where they executed the processes of Identify Stakeholders, How to create a Risk Management Plan and How to Identify Risks.
This workshop is containing a variety of activities such as:
a. Exercises and Multiple questions according to PMI standards
b. Creating and using tools to Identify Stakeholders
c. Analyzing Stakeholders
d. Selection of appropriate templates for Risk Management Plan and creating a “War Room”
e. Arguments during Workshop for Identified Stakeholders and Identified Risks
f. Identify Risks with a combination of tools such as Brainstorming, Delphi, Checklists e.t.c
g. Role play during a meeting of the Risk Team
h. Workshop Results
Moreover, the students have formed teams of 5 and at the beginning of our next meetings, each team will present the key points of a specific day as well as a respective case study of the theory. Before the Easter holidays, we will continue our workshop in the fields of Risk Analysis, Plan Risk Responses, and Control Risks. Furthermore, the students will fulfill their final assignment which is a detailed Risk Management Plan according to a real-life scenario.

Risk Management Workshop for Border Security in the Hellenic MPSOTC – February 2019
On 25th of February 2019, one more Risk Management Workshop took place for the participants of “Sea/Land Borders Security & Refugees/Arms/Dual-Use Goods Control Course“ at Hellenic MPSO Training Center at Kilkis. It was the seventh time that Risk Management Workshop takes place in the installations of MPSO Training Center.
During the 7 hours workshop, 30 participants out of 8 different Countries ( Cyprus, China, France, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, FYROM, Germany, and Greece) and from 6 different services, gained knowledge concerning the principles and the procedures of Risk Management for Border Security projects. Participants were active members of Armed Forces, Police Forces, Coast Guards, Customs Authorities, NGOs and Civilians working in Border Security Sector.
During the workshop, participants examined a full scenario of a Border Security project where they executed all the processes of Risk Management such as Identify Risks, Risk Analysis, Risk Responses, Control Risks and Stakeholders Management.
In some cases, took place a productive discussion about the Identification and the Analysis of the Threats & Opportunities:
As well as for the planning of the appropriate Risk Response for each Risk:
Moreover, multiple case studies were discussed as well as a number of best practices from around the world so as the participants to take back home a useful toolkit.

Risk Workshop για Identify Stakeholders και Plan Risk Management από τα στελέχη της Embryolab στην Θεσσαλονίκη!
Στις 09 Φεβρουαρίου 2019 στο κτίριο της Embryolab στην Θεσσαλονίκη πραγματοποιήθηκε από την Human Asset το 2ο από τα 6 συνολικά εργαστήρια σχετικά με τη “Διαχείρισης Ρίσκων σε Έργα” με τη συμμετοχή 20 στελεχών της εταιρίας.
Τα στοχευμένα workshops έχουν σχεδιαστεί και είναι προσαρμοσμένα σε πραγματικά έργα που διαχειρίζονται τα στελέχη της εταιρίας αλλά και στην καθημερινή λειτουργία της εταιρίας ώστε η φιλοσοφία του Risk Management να ενσωματωθεί πλήρως στην κουλτούρα της εταιρίας. Βάσει του παραπάνω πλαισίου εκπαίδευσης, στο συγκεκριμένο workshop εξετάστηκαν οι διαδικασίες που αφορούν το “Identify Stakeholders” και το “Plan Risk Management”.
Κατά την διάρκεια του Workshop αφού αναπτύχθηκε το θεωρητικό υπόβαθρο των παραπάνω 2 διεργασιών, τα στελέχη συνέχισαν με την αναγνώριση των Εμπλεκομένων Μερών (Stakeholders) στα Project της εταιρίας ενώ μέσα από συζήτηση τέθηκαν οι απαραίτητες βάσεις για την σύνταξη του “Risk Management Plan” της εταιρίας από το αντίστοιχο Risk Team.
Το Risk Team της εταιρίας ήδη έχει αναλάβει τη σύνταξη ανάλογου “Risk Management Plan” μέχρι την επόμενη μας συνάντηση το Μάρτιο ώστε μέσω των workshop που θα ακολουθήσουν, να αποτελέσει για τα στελέχη της εταιρίας τη βάση υλοποίησης των επόμενων διεργασιών του Risk Management με την χρήση κατάλληλων εξειδικευμένων εργαλείων.
Η συνεργασία στην εκπαίδευση με την Human Asset συνεχίζεται δεδομένου ότι θα ακολουθήσουν ακόμη 4 συναντήσεις στη Θεσσαλονίκη όπου σε συνέχεια των στοχευμένων και προσαρμοσμένων σε πραγματικά έργα workshops θα εφαρμόσουμε το παραγόμενο Risk Management Plan σε ότι αφορά τα στάδια Identify Risks, Risk Analysis, Risk Responses και Monitor Risks.

Η Ηλιάνα είναι η νέα Risk Manager!!! 1η επιτυχία στις εξετάσεις Risk εντός του 2019!!!
Μετά τις 19 επιτυχίες μέσα στο 2018, οι επιτυχίες των μαθητών μας συνεχίζονται στις εξετάσεις του Risk. Στις 06 Φεβρουαρίου 2019, η Ηλιάνα ολοκλήρωσε με επιτυχία την προσπάθεια της για απόκτηση της πιστοποίησης Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) με το νέο PMBOK (6th edition) και μάλιστα με εξαιρετική βαθμολογία!!
Η Ηλιάνα εργάζεται ως Project Manager σε κατασκευαστικά έργα στην Αγγλία και παρακολούθησε το 12ο εξ αποστάσεως σεμινάριο Risk Management της Human Asset τον Οκτώβριο του 2018 και μετά την επιτυχία της δήλωσε:

Risk Management Workshop της Human Asset στην Θεσσαλονίκη για τα στελέχη του Embryolab!
Στα γραφεία του Embryolab (https://embryolab.eu/) στην Θεσσαλονίκη, σε ένα θαυμάσιο περιβάλλον και ένα εργονομικό χώρο, πραγματοποιήθηκε από την Human Asset στις 26 Ιανουαρίου 2019, το εργαστήριο “Διαχείρισης Ρίσκων σε Έργα” με τη συμμετοχή υψηλόβαθμων στελεχών της εταιρίας.
Η γνώση της ορολογίας και των εργαλείων για τη διαχείριση ρίσκων στο σημερινό παγκοσμιοποιημένο περιβάλλον της αγοράς αποτελεί μια αναγκαιότητα ώστε να υφίστανται έτοιμες απαντήσεις στα παρακάτω ερωτήματα:
- Ανατέθηκε σωστά το έργο;
- Ποιους πρέπει να λάβω υπόψη μου πριν την σχεδίαση;
- Ποια ρίσκα να λάβω υπόψη μου στη σχεδίαση;
- Πως θα αναγνωρίσω τις ευκαιρίες και τις απειλές στο έργο μου;
- Ποια τα εργαλεία ανάλυσης ευκαιριών και απειλών;
- Πως επιλέγω σωστή στρατηγική εκμετάλλευσης ή αντιμετώπισης των ευκαιριών και απειλών αντίστοιχα;
- Πως θα παρακολουθήσω αποτελεσματικά τη πορεία του έργου μου;
Αυτά είναι μερικά μόνο από τα ερωτήματα που δεν αρκεί μόνο η εμπειρία για να τα απαντήσει κανείς αλλά απαιτείται τυποποιημένη τεχνογνωσία με βάση διεθνή πρότυπα. Το διεθνές πρότυπο του Project Management Institute (PMI)® σε ότι αφορά το Risk Management, προσφέρει διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένες καλές πρακτικές, ένα σύνολο εργαλείων – τεχνικών αλλά και μια ολοκληρωμένη ορολογία ώστε αναλαμβάνοντας την ευθύνη διαχείρισης ενός έργου να έχουμε τη δυνατότητα σε κάθε βήμα και σε κάθε κατάσταση που αντιμετωπίζουμε να απαντούμε αποτελεσματικά στο ερώτημα ΠΩΣ αλλά κυρίως στο ερώτημα ΓΙΑΤΙ.
Όλα αυτά συζητήθηκαν μέσα σε ένα ευχάριστο και ενθουσιώδες περιβάλλον με τη συμμετοχή των στελεχών του Embryolab. Μίας εταιρίας που, ως “Μονάδα Ιατρικώς Υποβοηθούμενης Αναπαραγωγής”, προσφέρει τόσο τις υπηρεσίες της όσο και την τεχνογνωσία της σε πολλά μέρη του πλανήτη!
Η συνεργασία στην εκπαίδευση με την Human Asset συνεχίζεται δεδομένου ότι θα ακολουθήσουν ακόμη 5 συναντήσεις στη Θεσσαλονίκη όπου θα εκπαιδευτεί μεγαλύτερος αριθμός προσωπικού μέσω στοχευμένων workshops που θα είναι προσαρμοσμένα στην καθημερινή λειτουργία αλλά και σε πραγματικά έργα που διαχειρίζονται οι συμμετέχοντες ώστε η φιλοσοφία του Risk Management να ενσωματωθεί πλήρως στην κουλτούρα της εταιρίας.

“Risk Management preparation workshop” for MPSOTC staff members!
From 14th till 17th of January 2019, the 23rd “ Risk Management preparation workshop” took place for the staff members of Multinational Peace Support Operations Training Center-MPSOTC (https://mpsotc.army.gr/en) in their installations in Kilkis, Greece. This workshop based course started on 14th of January with 9 students that are active members of the Hellenic Army, so as to provide them knowledge concerning the principles and the procedures of Project Risk Management in business world according to PMI standards but also to prepare them for the examinations for the “PMI-RMP International Certification”.

Η Κωνσταντίνα είναι η νέα Risk Manager!!! 19η επιτυχία στις εξετάσεις Risk εντός του 2018!!!

Η Κωνσταντίνα εργάζεται ως αξιωματικός στην Ελληνική Αστυνομία και παρακολούθησε το 11ο εξ αποστάσεως σεμινάριο Risk Management της Human Asset τον Απρίλιο του 2018 μαζί με τον σύζυγό της Βασίλη ο οποίος πιστοποιήθηκε τον Ιούλιο (διαβάστε εδώ το αντίστοιχο post) και μετά την επιτυχία της δήλωσε:

Η επιτυχής ολοκλήρωση του 12ου εξ αποστάσεως σεμιναρίου Risk Management της Human Asset που ξεκίνησε στις 03 Οκτωβρίου 2018, είναι γεγονός!!!
Οι συμμετέχοντες που εργάζονται σε 6 διαφορετικές χώρες (Ελλάδα, Ελβετία, Αγγλία, ΗΠΑ, Βέλγιο & Μαρόκο) έπειτα από 8 συναντήσεις που περιείχαν θεωρητική γνώση, πολλά case studies και αρκετές ασκήσεις αλλά και ένα απαιτητικό workshop, κατάφεραν να αποκτήσουν βαθιά γνώση των διαδικασιών-εργαλείων και τεχνικών του Risk Management με βάση το PMBOK 6th Edition!!
Άλλη μια ομάδα οδεύει προς τις εξετάσεις και την επίτευξη του στόχου!
